Each paper has a 15 minute slot: 12 minutes presentation and 3 minutes questions. Papers start at their listed time in both rooms, so delegates can move between sessions. Open slots are reserve time and can take papers whose authors register late.
Presenters: load slides onto the room laptop during the break before your session. Chairs: arrive ten minutes early to meet presenters and agree time signals.
Paper titles, presenters, session chairs, the title of Keynote 3 and room numbers will be added once confirmed.
